We do not accept returns and refunds of purchased devices due to its lifespan. However, an unopened and unused device in their original condition will be refundable if returned within 30 days of proof of delivery. Upon receiving the returned device, we will provide you with a refund through the payment method you selected when placing your order.

Please note that shipping fees, remittance charges, and/or other expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Return and refund procedures cannot be done through our website. Please contact us through e-mail before returning a device or claiming a refund.

In exceptional cases, such as a manufacturer's fault, we will either issue a full refund or a replacement device. Please note that this is subject to us receiving the faulty device back and inspected.

All product information, including images, weight, and all other details regarding the product, are subject to changes without prior notice. Also in some cases, shipping charges may be subject to change at the time of shipping, such as when actual order weight becomes available, and will be reflected on the charge of the order. 11 Health strives to keep the product information up to date at all times and this includes on our website.
